KLIA or KLIA2 — Which Terminal Are You Arriving At?

• KLIA (Terminal 1): Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, and most international carriers
• KLIA2 (Terminal 2): AirAsia, AirAsia X, and most budget carriers

3. Land and clear immigration — no rush, we track your flight
4. WhatsApp your driver when you collect your luggage
5. Meet at the arrival hall — our staff will be holding a sign with your name
6. Inspect the car together before driving off
7. Drive away — GPS, toll card, and petrol tips provided on request

What to Inspect Before You Drive Off

Always check these before accepting the car:

• Existing scratches or dents (photographed and noted)
• Fuel level (return at same level)
• Tyre condition
• Air-conditioning and all lights working
• Spare tyre in boot

Tips for KLIA Pickup

Allow extra time. KLIA is large — immigration and baggage collection can take 45–60 minutes for international arrivals. Don't worry, we're patient.

Book the right car. Travelling with family and luggage? Consider a 7-seater MPV (Alza, Innova, Serena) or SUV (BR-V, Rush) for more boot space.

After-hours pickup available. Suria offers late-night and early-morning pickups at KLIA. A surcharge applies outside office hours — RM80 from 10pm, and RM135 from midnight to 8am.

One-Way from KLIA?

Staying in the city and would rather not drive back out on your last morning? Our one-way rental service lets you collect at KLIA T1 or T2 and return at KL Sentral, Subang Airport or the Subang malls.
